- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our prices competitive with today's markets, offering our clients discounts where possible. We ro not typically charge any extra fees, we strive to keep our job quotes all inclusive for agreed upon services. Any additional work warranted by clientele outside of our initial scope of work may require a seperate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From first contact you can expect quick and helpful communication. We will assess what you need help with and what services we can offer. We ask that you initially provide photos and or videos of what we can help you with along with a breif description. If it is necessary we may choose to opt to come to your location to physically assess the work. Following this will either opt offer a quote via message or email within 1-3 buisness days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially Trained Framing and finish carpentry, my journey as a blue collar worker began over a decade ago. I then moved on to workimg for a local restoration company, where I learned many new and valuable skills that I would hone over the years including but not limited too; Drywall replacement, repairs, and finishing. Painting. Interior Finish work and finish carpentry. I then moved on to another company working for a general contractor for the better part of 5 years. Learning many new skills such as masonry (Form Work, concrete finishing, concrete repairs and patching, block setting, ect), Iron Work, Heavy equipment operation, and so on.
