- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the risk level of the security services requested by our client. Rates may vary and can be negotiated if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initiate contact and request a time to meet in person. First impressions are critical which is why we like to build a solid foundation of trust and accountability when working with new customers. Empathize with the customer by putting yourself in their shoes and fully understanding their security needs and concerns. Don't over promise and under-deliver, but under-promise and over-deliver!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our guards must have an active guard card, licensed and registered with the state of Hawaii. Training is provided in-house and depends on the security needs and expectations of the client.
