I was on the fence about getting a life coach but my life was basically falling apart - I’d lost my job, my partner disappeared and I had some issues happening in my apartment - and I needed all the help I could get to find some clarity on what my next steps were. Jen has been key in working through all of that. I sought out a life coach because I was feeling stuck and looking for personal growth. I looked around and kept coming back to Jen. Her Thumbtack description fits perfectly with what she provides. I have moved through exactly what I was hoping to. She helped me acknowledge parts of me I didn't know were there which has been AMAZING! As a trained MFT, I expected our sessions to be a little more mechanical but they were far more natural and intuitive. I'm leaving these sessions with tools and knowledge as well as a deeper sense of self and inner peace. Although I have finished for now, I will definitely be back when I'm ready for another round of personal growth.

I spent a few years tossing around the idea of a life coach. Finally, I went for it and I am very grateful for my experience. Jenn was able to help me get the ball rolling with a multitude of things. I worked with her through meditation in order to get some repetitive thoughts and feelings unburied. Was uncovered, I made peace with the situation. I forever have that tool now, to work through the random past feelings that overtake my thoughts. I felt comfortable with Jenn and opened up in many areas of my life with no judgement or shame. When I became aware of my self, my past and my present and destructive thought patterns, inaction and cluttered thoughts...the doors began to open. Without Jenn's presence in my life, I know the ball would not have started rolling. I stumbled upon the right audible books, I made connections with strangers going through similar journeys, I made a huge purchase that was long overdue, I am tackling fears and pushing myself out of comfort zones and becoming more aware of my soul and my natural being. I swear it has made me a better partner, a better mother and more intentional. A life coach is not a cure all. YOU have to put in the work, show up and be OPEN. I am still a work in progress but I have this beautiful tool now that I start each day off with, I have this tool that I turn to when I am feeling uncertain, crabby or pulled in too many directions. While I still need to tackle my spending practice, I have progressed in many other areas and I now have the energy to put more focus on this unhealthy habit. Thank you my lovely Hawaiian healer, for the patience, the laughs, sharing books and shows with me and for giving me the confidence that I lacked for a very long time. I bought the house, I am 30 days with zero drink, I am interviewing for a higher pay grade next week that feels right and natural, I am looking at my spending from a different perspective and most of all, I feel a peace and a confidence about my place in this world.

Every client had different coaching goals. My packages are designed to fit you personally based on your desired outcome. As a coach, I do not offer insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will set up a first time coaching call to discovery what you are wanting to create, overcome or heal for yourself. I will get an idea around the type of work and duration you will benefit from to achieve your desired results. From this point I will propose a coaching package to suit the needs of your process and goals.
