It was great until he didn't show up to finish the job. No call - nothing. Texted with him and he had a "church thing" he couldn't get out of. Scheduled a make-up time and we got a no show on that one too. Additionally, I had already paid him for the work that he didn't show up to do.

Aloha Terri, I hope you are well. I apologize if you were not happy with the repairs after your previous review of the project. Please keep in mind that we are not open on Sunday's (which would be the time of our church gatherings). It should also be said that Bella Construction does not take full payments, in any event, prior to the completion of all work. Just as a customer would not pay for work prior to it's completion. If you have an additional task or repair you would like completed, please feel free to give us a call so we may schedule a service date. We do strive to keep our clients satisfied. Mahalo.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to stay competitive with our pricing. All pricing is transparent. We offer discounts for Military as well as Continued Business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was previously the Foreman for Northwest Stone Restoration up to 2007. I then took a position as an apprentice carpenter with Larry Wilson, owner of West Coast Woodworks. After several years I was then made foreman with WCW. I parted ways with WCW after the passing of Larry Wilson.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was employed with West Coast Woodworks for many years. I learned under Larry Wilson, among others. After completing the remodel on the Makena Beach and Golf Resort (Maui Prince), I started Bella Construction. Named after my daughter, Bellissima.
