- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call is $150 includes 2 hours work. $75/hr after. Cleanup time and any materials gathering BEFORE the job starts is complimentary. Per diem for larger projects available with more than one company person on the job. If project material needed to be disposed of it is $50 for haul away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introductions I like to see the job site then discuss details & customer preferences. I like to write down and repeat the customers requests then inform them of my intended process to make sure the understand and agree to the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Originally was on track to be an aeronautical engineer, I studied in Switzerland for Internationa Hotel Management, been fixing all sorts of items for over 20 years and I have had extensive training for safety & standards in industrial environments for electrical & plumbing. Spent 10 years in China developing, running and maintaining bars & restaurants.
