I started using Scott and his company in 2001 when a subcontractor of mine suggested them. 5 servers and 75 computers later I have never had a problem with any of them in their expected service life. I still have the First server in my office and it is a Dual Xeon that was purchased in 2004. On ocassion I have had Software problems and a phone call or Email to Scott resolved the problem. Over the years (since 1988 ) I have dealt with all the Big Brand names and have been required by some clients to use brand name computers, eventually when the customer compared the performance and price differences they allowed me to use Scott's Custom built computers from that point on. When a computer was required on very short notice he has always come thru for me even During Christmas Week in 2010.

Scott has built a number of new computers for our company, but more importantly he has rebuilt and saved numerous computers that we thought were beyond repair. He has always been able to retrieve all of our information even though we don't have backups. He has been working with us since he first came to Maui and we are thrilled that he is on the island. With 9 locations we always have something in need of repair and Scott is always available. He makes a point of getting things done quickly so we can get right back to work. It is great to have someone so knowledgeable who can figure out any computer challenge we give him!
