What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scope of project can vary pricing. hourly 150 for design, drafting, and research or design fee for estimated amount of work for project. Client will receive 20% off retail for furniture and accessories. The Labor and Shipping vary and is billed separate. Travel is billed due to project* driving and or flights
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the scope of project and decide if we are billing hourly with a discount for purchases, or a design fee and discount for purchases. MID creates design concepts to decide the style & colors for each space then we review choices to make selections for furniture, accessories, fabrics, window coverings, full kitchen and bath remodels, outdoor furniture, and drafting plans for all types of renovations.
