- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal rate is $60 per hour session but I do offer discounted packages! Ask about my awesome group discounts! (Couples, friends, siblings, corporate, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a mandatory fitness assessment with every new client. It is a 20-30 minute meeting where we sit down and go over what you want to accomplish, what you are expecting from me, and how our schedule will work. In this time we will also go over some basic workout movements just so we can find your strengths, weaknesses, and it allows me to figure out a program that will fit you best! Most importantly it gives you a chance to meet me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years of kickboxing experience and have gone through 2 types of technique training. I have had the opportunity to learn from the best weight lifting/strength training/crossfit training coaches and owners out there. Aside from personal training I currently coach kickboxing, boxing, strength training, and weight lifting classes. I am currently on two more certifications, my crossfit level 1 & USAW.
