Kerry was wonderful. I phoned her on a Saturday morning and she was able to accommodate us by the afternoon. She was able to pinpoint the problems with our computers in record time. Our questions were answered in a way that we actually understood what she was saying as well as giving us a tutorial on how to work different controls. I will certainly use her services again as well as feeling comfortable recommending her to all in computer need!

Kerry Grimes has assisted multiple members of my family in various computer situations. Without hesitation each member of my family has recommended her to our friends and business acquaintances. She is efficient, loyal, brilliant, prompt, and prices too low! Her work has always been amazing to all of us as to how she quickly sees the problem and fixes it. Our various jobs have been from one hour to one week, and each completed over and above our expectations. We hope to grow old with Kerry Grimes!

I highly recommend Digital Duchess. They go above and beyond - always. They're like the Ritz-Carlton of tech services!
They can fix just about any computer glitch or problem, AND they do it fast. I first used them nine years ago, when I worked for a company whose President was very keen on using DD's help pretty much once a week. They were very reliable, fast and I was always able to get the next day appointment, and often, they were able to help that very same day. I have used their help ever since and never looked for another computer tech! They are very knowledgable and will fix anything - from setting up your company's network and back-up systems to super-challenging and complex efforts. If, for instance, something is out of their sphere, such as customizing databases for profit or nonprofit purposes, they will source out and manage all the vendors associated with that effort. No job is too small or too big for them as they are flexible and very easy to work with. They will also work on the weekends, which is an added bonus. They make everything so easy and I have not worked with anyone else in the past 9 years. In addition, when you see the owner, Kerry, at your workplace or your doorstep, your day will instantly be brightened as she seems to make every effort effortless with that huge smile on her face!
