- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the work I do, it s all laid out in my invoice which you will have at the time of service, I am more than happy to discuss and explain further if need to
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a conference call or a meeting, to understand their needs, I collect the documents and start the process, I will keep them updated throughout the process and till I am done. I will also make sure to explain everything to them at the final meeting and answer any questions they might have
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am enrolled agent with IRS, certified to represent client in front of the IRS or even in front Tax court if need to be. I also have an MBA in business and finance and I do I go to seminars and webinars to keep updated on new tax laws also I love to do research which helps me learn new things all the time
