We have 15 years of professional experience in the cleaning industry. We've successfully serviced clients as big as Airports and Colleges to high end residential homes, vacation rentals and commercial offices and storefronts. We've always believed in using only green products for you safety. We are fully insured and licensed for the customers protection. We are very detail oriented and believe giving customers the highest possible services at a fair price will produce long term loyal customers. Our carpet was very dirty from a previous owner with a smell and various stains including pet stains, burns, and just plain dirty and Scott was able to professionally shampoo and clean all of the carpet and upholstery for a reasonable price in only 2 hours! He was professional from start to finish and our carpet came out 💯 times cleaner, even several shades brighter! Will definitely be using Maui Cleaning Pros again!

Excellent customer service and great job with window and home cleaning. Scott was very accommodating, he scheduled the window cleaning in just a few days after I called him. Showed up in time, took some time to go over details in the house I needed done and the execution of the job was great. My Windows were in very bad shape after house renovation and after Scott cleaned them they were like new. He pays attention to detail which makes a huge difference. Thank you Scott.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For windows the standard price is $6/window for 1st story and $9/window for 2nd story. Prices will vary depending on size, type and condition of windows. Office cleaning has a flat rate of $35/hr which can fluctuate with frequency of cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always fully explain in detail to our new customers what tasks will be performed and what all charges will be. We also make sure to promptly arrive when we promise and give the customer a reminder call prior to their appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20yrs of hands on experience.
