- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is always the approximate cost. If there is need for extra bar set ups or additional hours the price would be adjusted. We try our best to stay competitive without losing the high standard of quality bar service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to please our clients from the start. We ask for a partial deposit when booking a date and send you a confirmation. We will also contact you a few days before to make sure we have all In order for the event and if there is anything else we can do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the hotel and bar industry for over 15 years and know all there is to know for setting up a successful bar service. I also pride in my professionalism and ability to make people smile 😊. I have and extensive knowledge of craft cocktails and have my State Beverage Handler Certification.
