Introduction

We are thorough and would expect nothing less than if it were our own home or office we were cleaning. The before and after! Often times on our move out cleans and move in cleans I think about the new family that will be moving in and the memories they will make in their new home. To know that they will be moving into a freshly cleaned home and imagine their excitement, that's why I do it.

The job was to clean my apt for a move out. This included cleaning carpet, shampoo, clean kitchen, stove, fridge, bathroom, windows, walls. TC arrived on time in a team of 2. I must commend that he was very flexible as i made last min change to the scheduled clean up time and he was very accomodatimg. He did a great job of cleaning the carpet and shampoo(shampoo had not occurred to me but he already knew thats needed for move out). His other partner did a fanstastic job of cleaning the cooking surface. It was old style coil based top and hard to clean. I was amazed at the level of cleanup they did. Bathroom was cleaned well and so was the fridge. Also when they left, tc was thoughtful to tell me that he will send me a receipt with deep cleaning and shampooing on it because apt owners like to see it and voila, the apt guys asked for it and tc had already solved the problem for me. Why 4 not 5 - i would their attention to detail but there is room for improvement. They could have been more thorough in finishing up. I had to review the apt and ask tc's team to clean spots that they missed. They missed cleaning up marks on the wall and the door. They missed dysting top of the fridge. As a person who is paying, i am expected to supervise but if i think they could have done better and i should have found nothing in my survey. My suggestion to tc - walk the whole place after you think you are done, clean up what missed, then walk again with the owner to make sure he is okay. Telling this upfront when you arrive will give owner peace of mind.

The reason why we do not clean the walls on Move Out apartments that we clean is because the apartment complex is required to repaint the walls after a tenant moves outs in order for another tenant to move in. Prompt and friendly scheduling, showed up on time, paid close attention to detail, scrubbed baseboards, mopped their way out, cleaned behind the fridge and did the oven. Double checked everything before they left. Scrubbed under the sinks in the cabinets, which I did not know how to clean. Overall very meticulous and a pleasure to be around while they worked. T.C.: Keep up the great work. Your professionalism will take you far. You're the first person we'll look to for future projects and we'll certainly refer you to others without hesitation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, TC Richardson, is a Certified Executive Housekeeper. He received his certification through the International Housekeeping Association and attends training every year. Through that training he has passed down his knowledge to his team.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My team and I have been in the hospitality industry for 15+ years. I started in Las Vegas working in housekeeping at some of the most prestigious and respectable hotels there such as; Wynn, Bellagio, Trump, and Cosmopolitan. I know what 5 Star/5 Diamond is supposed to look like and that's what I love. Cleaning is what we do!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The common jobs we do are move out/Move in cleans. A majority of what we are hired to do are those types of cleans.
