- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually use the app to message the customer. I schedule the cleaning. I do the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have custodial experience at a 3 story, Post Office. I did all of the cleaning, terrazzo floor refinishing, groundskeeper and Jeep detailer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work when my sister introduced me to Thumbtack. She was pleased when she hired someone to unpack after a move. I tried it and I found I enjoyed the feeling of satisfaction afterward.
