Alex was a very nice person. He helped me at a very difficult time. My husband had just passed away in our bed. I had to get the bed out of my house due to the smell. He came the same day that I had requested help. He called me promptly and showed up at the time he said he would. Alex was all of the above… he responded quickly, he was professional, he was flexible, and he made a difficult job of moving my vacation items from my hotel room to my storage so easy. I was suffering from some pain and really needed the assistance and Alex handled all of it for me. I had the added bonus of benefiting from Alex’s extensive knowledge about Mr hotel and the best access points for loading and unloading. I look forward to hitting Alex again many times over in the future.
