- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All images are included for the session. I select the best images and deliver the gallery in both color and black and white. I do not charge any additional fees or cap the images. Instead, I promise 60 images minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love keeping the planning process for your photo session simple. To save a lot of back and forth, I direct you to my client lounge once your session is booked. In the client lounge, you have access to resources such as what to wear, how to prepare your children, and more. I will follow up with you via email prior to the session to make sure you have everything you need.
