Madeline was great, even though we had she was running a little late, the session was amazing. She was one of the best therapists I’ve had. Very considerate and thoughtful and obviously skilled. I only wish it never ended. Can’t wait til the next session!

Everything about our experience was first class! From our initial contact, Madeline was very responsive and professional. I booked her as a birthday gift for my wife and as a way to cap off her long stressful week. The day of the massage, she showed up on time and prepared. The massage itself was amazing and my wife really loved the music, oils, and hot stones that she used. We both loved her positive energy and are already planning the next massage. Thank you!

After a day at the doctor's I decided to treat myself to some self care. I was achy and knew that would be best for me, and the baby at that time. I did a little research and made an appointment for that afternoon. She was prompt, and very reliable. We hit it off great, and I decided to have a 90 minute session. It was one of the most relaxing afternoons in a long time. I was sure to sign up for her package as I knew at this trimester it was important to ensure as much self care as possible. I was so pleased with her professionalism I will definitely be booking again soon.

She showed up 30 minutes late to a couples massage that involved a second therapist who was on time. She didn’t have any linens at all and needed to borrow ours. The other therapist had her linens and a warmer for her table. We actually decided to go ahead and try one more time the following day and she was going to show up late again even after she had been told the importance of being on time. We canceled her before she arrived the second time. She also charged way more than the other therapist.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients love me, and longer appointments are most certainly more ideal for maximum benefits. Therefore, all meetings that equate to 2+ hours of travel time has a requirement of a 90 minute minimum session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do my best to find out the specifics for each of my clientele in order to prepare for each appointment according to the specific needs of each individual not only to ensure maximum benefits for my clients while ensuring to maintain luxurious first class luxury treatment in all my endeavors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner, and actually received my Usui Reiki Certification in Spring 2015.
