We just can’t say enough about Brian! He is the epitome of integrity, hard working and dedicated to serving his clients. We had a tricky situation with a recently purchased range that had stopped working. Brian went above and beyond to fix it and then worked with the manufacturer’s representatives to get us a replacement. Most people would have given up, but Brian hung in there to get us a great result. His work ethic is admirable. Highly recommend!

Follow through not complete. He saw my appliance which was under warranty. Said he was going to talk to manufacturer which I can confirm he did. Per Manufacturer they asked him to provide more detail to their technical specialists but he has not done that yet. Manufacturer confirmed two days ago that Brian has not contacted their technicla people yet.
