What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The IICRC requires continuing education classes in order to keep my certifications and Master technician status. It is also important to stay informed about the latest technology and techniques. This translates to better service and customer satisfaction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I get called to do is water damage restoration. Flood extraction, leak detection and structure drying are the emergency side of my business. Mold remediation is the second most common and is one of the most labor intensive services I provide.
