- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have used the coaching process and will walk with you through your discovery of being an effective communicator and leader. I am certified in conflict resolution, nonprofit management and have my masters in Public Administration. I am a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer, and speaker. I believe in your improvement and your capability to produce amazing results. My fee for coaching is for 1 hour and after a free assessment and coaching session. One hour of coaching and training is the regular fee. We will meet twice a month, or according to the goals you have set for yourself for a minimum of 3 months, and clients prepay. Six months is the recommendation for achieving leadership and communication goals. A 3-month session includes classes in the 3 months ($300/class).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation. I will see what the needs are and if we are a good fit. Book a call with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my masters in public administration, certification in conflict resolution, nonprofit management, and volunteer management. I also have a minor in Speech. I practice neuro-encoding and can help you with your confidence. Certifications in John Maxwell, Dr. Amen University, and have my certification with International Coaching Federation. I worked in nonprofits for 15 years and the hotel industry in 10 years. I have also created small businesses while working full time and raising a family. The experience and education I have gained have allowed me insight into my leadership style as well as others. My hope is that all leaders realize that they can motivate, change, and improve their organizations by improving themselves.
