FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should understand that it's not just the pictures their paying for. It comes down to time, the hardwork in the photoshoot, gas to drive to locations, equipment expenses, program for editing expenses, memory cards, time spent after shoot to edit, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is very simple, I usually try to get to the location before clients so I can see where the good spots are, that way planning is easier. When the client arrives, I isually take some time to get to know them and I tell them about myself so it's comfortable. then we ease into the shoot with a couple of test shots. Eventually it becomes more smooth with time. I ask them for their email. Then I'll send them raw pics to see which pictures they like best so I can edit them. At that's it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned some from a mentor of mines, and alot of trail and error.
