Suncoast Key Construction has done extensive remodel work for us over several years. Our first experience with David was tree trimming and fence replacement. Then he did complete kitchen renovation, took down popcorn ceiling and set new cabinets, replaced floor tile thru two rooms and hallways. Replaced old appliances and rewired the entire kitchen area. The next project was a bathroom renovation, removed old tub and replaced with a walk-in shower. beautiful tile work, new cabinets and commode, new floor tile and vent fan. We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous service. We have other projects in the planning stage and will certainly use David again.

SUNCOAST KEY CONSTRUCTION WAS VERY PROFESIONAL HANDLING OUR KITCHEN REMODEL. DAVID AND HIS TEAM KEEP MY HUSBAND AND I IN FORMED EVERY STEP OF THE 4 WEEK PROCESS. I APPRECIATED HIS HONEST OPINION WHEN IT CAME TO PICKING OUT MATERIAL WHICH SAVED US ALOT OF MONEY.

I have taken over a month to give my review an have given it a lot of thought. This job was to install a new light fixture in a dining room, replacing an old fixture. Suncoast Key was on time, and very polite. However, he had trouble with accomplishing this work - the new fixture was installed, but it wouldn't work, he tried to fix the problem, but after about 3 hours, it still wasn't working and we ended up putting the old fixture back up. Then, after the old fixture was re-installed, I couldn't get the light to turn off. He had to come back the following morning, and after about an hour, got it turned off, only to find I couldn't turn it back on. I finally had to call an electrician to fix the problem. I thought I was hiring someone who could do this and assumed this was something for which he was qualified. Again, very polite and on time and he seemed genuinely concerned that things were not going smoothly, but left me with having to call an electrician to rectify the problem.

Linda is correct, i found a problem with the existing wiring, i suggested hiring an electrician. this project started out as a replacement of an existing light, a very simple task.. Type your response to this review.

this review is not entirely correct, the one day we did not clean up was raining so bad that tracking in and out would have made things worse. i called the customer who hired me, not brad H, the sister (Susan) and explained the situation. Susan thanked me for the update. Brad H does not live in the home and was a guest trying to help. our differences led to Brad informing me to not return. all my reviews reflect an entirely different work ethic.
