- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's hourly I charge $35. Usually I quote the material and labor one time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well it's really simple, after quoting is done and I'm hired I walk through with the customer and basically explain the process of how I'm gonna start so they can understand themselves, I like them to understand why and how I do things if they are interested in know, other than that I'm there to complete my job,do good and keep things clean. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in carpentry for over 10 yrs, learned just about everything in my trade from form to finish and everything inbetween, been the lead carpenter for another business for years than decided to go on my own
