I don't even know where to start. he was hired in Nov. last year, and it took longer than projected or expected. When the job was complete there were things like caulking not cleaned up well from the shower, inside and out and then caulking on the light switch that wasn't clean up. it just looked like a messy job. the shower door wouldn't stay and keep sliding open. little things at first. then a few weeks after I had to call him back because my kitchen and dining area was flooded over night from a leak from the tub. he came back to fix it and he knew that it had cause water damage to the wood floor in the dining area. in august I noticed there was a small crack on the floor of the shower. I tried to contact him, and in the mean time caulked it. he didn't reply until the end of Sept. he had told me that it would all be solid. well it started to crack on the side of the shower, It looked like it was beginning to separate. I kept trying to get him to come out. mind you also that he helped pick out everything materials and all he needed to remodel my bathroom, since I know nothing of plumbing or construction. so I as I had emailed him and told him that we are now showering outside in the backyard, since there is only one bathroom in our home, he finally set a date to come out and then he tried to cancel on me then too. I told him that I made arrangements to be there all day. so he did come out. he looked at everything the damaged shower and stepped in to see what I meant by I felt like it was separated like there was no support under that shower and he said oh yeah, but I put foam under. (that means nothing to me who am not a construction person and only know that it was a bad job) then I showed him the water damage to my ceiling downstairs and the floor. he then told me, " well I can fix it, you buy the materials and I fix it. that's all I can say." I said, no! I paid you to do the job and it was done poorly and to top it off these were things you told me to purchase. he repeated himself about me purchasing the materials and then he walked out of my home. two days later he emails me and estimate to fix the damage. I am beyond frustrated! my kids are having to shower outside, I saved up for that remodel and now don't know what to do. I just want it fixed and not by him. i am not even going to go into the other things like him asking for an advance outside of the agreed payment arrangement "because i need to pay my babysitter" and i did it. or the fact that his wife, failed to pick him up one night and then i had to drive him to a bus stop. Unprofessional as it gets. and he told me his work is all guaranteed it there are any problems to call him.. took him 4 months ... the water damage is extensive upstairs and downstairs now. i also noticed that he has my before and after pictures of my bathroom on his profile... the before picture was taken after he already started to take it part and the after picture is not close enough to see the poor workmanship. I did not want to put a review because i feel bad that he might not get work and he has a family, but i think about what is happening to me and my family, and what we are going through right now and i would not want anyone else to go through that.

I would not recommend him his work is sloppy and messy when you take it down. Very disappointed now that we have to pay to have the walls filled and scraped and painted! Very poor job. If I could post a picture I would. I was definitely trying to

I will also try to post the picture of the 4 small holes, and will post the picture of the completed job. you call sloppy and messy work. these holes were behind the bracket. I would have gladly filled, you did not call to say you were moving it has been about 30 days since the install how could you not have any idea you were moving from government housing? you did refer me to another customer for a Tv install, Thankyou.

Clayton was hired to replace a toilet. He was unable to do so because he was unable to locate the typeneededon the island. Instead, after some research and running around, he was able to get the parts to rebuild it. This took the majority of the day because of the various places he had to go to to obtain parts. he didn't give up. Very personable. I would hire again

I am the same with all quotes. The customer always knows what to expect before I start the job. Materials + Labor + overhead. All outlined in my estimates/invoices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Completed all requirements SSHO Site Supervisor Health Officer to supervise subcontractors on government contracts for the general contractor. I haver. completed CPR, First Aid, NAVFAC HAWAII EM 385 40hr Training, I am BSCP Board Safety Certified Professional, STSC Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certified
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather always said, "Boys, you'll always eat if you work and know one good trade." He was talking to my uncles who always ran away to go surf so i was the defaul helper.
