Sandi & her team did our move-out cleaning and they're thorough and wonderful. As we booked the project a month in advance, Sandi came on-site to evaluate and we went through all the important details we're looking to address. The day of cleaning, they arrived on-time and tackled every nook and cranny. We even got compliment from our property manager during our final walk-through how great of a job they did. Sandi got the job done when I needed. This was very important as it was the last day of my rent cycle. She also kept me abreast of her arrival time. Worked out really good for me. She even cleaned areas that I did not notice. The landlord would likely have noticed and docked my deposit. The only drawback is I could only note 3 excellent characteristics on this questionnaire!
