Emerson contacted us shortly after we submitted a request. He was able to accommodate us the same day, and called to say he could come earlier. He quickly assessed the problem and finished repairs on our drain pipe efficiently and also repaired another leak that he spotted. He was very professional and personable.

Emerson responded timely and was already on top of getting the supplies needed for the repair as we were speaking. I needed a special faucet repair and he got right on it. I thought it would take a few days for everything to work out but it all was done in one day and at a good cost. Emerson was efficient and professional - nice guy - I will call him again when I need work done.

Emerson was excellent in correcting the not-to-code areas in our plumbing. After commencing work, he also was very resourceful in immediately bringing in an assistant to help fix a newly found leak in a supply line as time was critical. In all, Emerson successfully performed all three corrections within one day. Thank you, Emerson!

I requested to have 4 new bathroom faucets installed to repkace 27 yr old fixtures. Emerson did a Great job installing all faucets and pointed out issues, offered recommendations and made any necessary fixes. He added new 1/4 turn shut-off valves as well. Very happy with the install and his communication addressing any issues.
