FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and because I offer many different services I have a different pricing system for each. But I always aim to be budget friendly while still providing an excellent service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is different. Some, usually smaller jobs, it's easy to setup a job, time and date. Bigger jobs usually require a little more because I like to have a chance to view the project before giving an estimate. For example it's really hard to quote for a painting job without seeing what needs to be painted, the condition of the surfaces, and the detail of the house. especially with new customers I make sure to ask all relevant questions and get all the info I need before quoting to insure I give the most accurate estimate I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in my dad's woodshop since a kid and have always been in skilled labor positions since I was 17. Hands on experience is the best and I have almost ten years worth in construction/labor field.
