Introduction: I have worked for 15 great years, traveling the world as a mixologist/bartender. I create my own cocktail using fresh ingredients, and own a lot of trainings in all the spirits, liquor, beers and wines. I believe that in order to make a good cocktail, you must have the three components of sugar, acid and alcohol, in order to create a fine and balanced cocktail. My ship's experiences have taught me not only to make cocktails, but instead, to create a memorable experience and the pleasure of that experience.
