Mike did a really good job installing vinyl flooring for me. His price was very competitive, In fact the best on island. He did high quality work at a very affordable price. I am very grateful for his reasonable and fair pricing. He saved me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. He broke everything down to the finest detail and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Mike is well rounded and knew a lot about a lot of things.

Mike responded immediately to my work request. We met that same day. He fully described the scope of work, materials needed and cost. Work was completed as discussed. The back lanai looks brand new and in fact looks better now than it did when it was first poured. He definitely knows masonry. Would definitely work with him again.

Mike was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with in pouring a small concrete slab in our driveway. His clean up wasn't great but it started raining so perhaps that was the cause.
