- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what is most important to you as far as wedding decor is concerned. It varies on your design, flowers (seasonal) and aesthetics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A friendly thank you for the call / visiting our site, getting to know more about their want, need and budget. Questions about reserved ceremony and reception venue, Date and Guest count. That way you'll be able to discuss how much additional floral décor will be needed to either achieve a specific look at your site or complement an existing garden and/or room aesthetic.

Attended University of Hawaii a credited in Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BABA) over 35 years in the Travel & tourism industry in Public Relations and Food & Beverage Department
