After months of correspondence, we were looking forward meeting you in person. We truly apologize you have not called us sooner, we could have worked on a solution. I was surprised to see the picture you sent days later, of  your bouquet, it looked different from the one I made. Below is a photo of the bouquet we delivered to you, 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. We honestly feel that we have fulfilled our Agreement and regret to tell you we are unable to give you a full refund. We would like to offer you a gift certificate of appreciation for your business. We at Heaven Scent Designs appreciate your business and want to congratulate you on your new journey in life as Husband & Wife. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you, and have taken the liberty of looking into the Contract Agreement you have signed and discover the follow up may have been over looked with all the excitement going on with your travel arrangements. After going through the dated emails and phone calls follow up, it can be overwhelmed and missed due dates can easily go unnoticed. Issue 1. Trellis floral display is in its own "tray", easily taken down to set on your table as it states on your Agreement.  Wedding Coordinator would have been able to do this. Issue 2:  50% of flowers were fake *Substitution Policy on your Agreement Policy, helps us in case the flower's are damaged, or not available due to weather or in your case, payment has not been received. We were hesitant to use our Company's Credit Card to hold your flower order. I responded with you about the Agreement payment date timeline for holding bulk flowers to keep the price where we negotiated with the farmer 6 months prior to your wedding in 2016. December 2016, the farmer's send vendors a letter of price increase due to Valentine's pre-order date, that's when I used our Company's Credit Card to hold the order without the price increase. SAVING$ 4 Weeks has gone by, our credit card bill comes in with the interest of your order. We receive the first payment from you: Jan. 15, 2017   with the balance due date, which have not been paid as of this date, March 9th, 2017.
