- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide trust and avoid misunderstandings several points must be laid out clearly and transparently in regards to pricing. Most important is provide a detailed estimate the outlines the various costs involved in the project. In the estimate a clearly defined scope of work shall be included which will specify which ares of the house will be painted and things such as type and number of coats of paint that will be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1). Initial Contact & Inquiry -gathering info. about job. 2). Schedule a consultation 3). On-Site assessment - insect property and take measurement etc. 4). Provide full scope detailed estimate 5). Present Estimate - follow up meeting to present estimate and work out details 6). Schedule work - upon agreement. 7). Prep work/ Paint - clean and prepare all to-be painted surfaces. Paint 8). Quality check and final touches 9). Customer walkthrough and approval 10). Finalize payment 11). Follow up and feedback - ensure customer is satisfied. encourage them to offer feedback with review.
