As previously promised, I was notified when they were on their way. He was efficient and did a thorough check of the problem. I was told it might be a faulty gasket and he told me how much it would cost if that proved to be the case. He then said, "let me try a few things first." He took his time, cleaning up as he went and when he was finished he felt the gasket did NOT have to be replaced...at least at this time! Many others would have just gone ahead with the replacement and accompanying charge. To top it all off, he called me the next morning to ensure everything was okay! I think I've found my new appliance repairman!

I am so happy with the installation services we received from Junior and his crew. They are very accommodating, professional and courteous. And we also received some extra help and tips with our Whirlpool washer. They really did an amazing job!

Junior stands by his word when he guarantees his work. He did a great job fixing my water dispenser on my fridge door. Will contact him again if I need another appliance fixed!
