We are totally pleased with Mark and his assistant.
They were very courteous and professional in their explanation, execution and cleaning and servicing.
We asked them to place us on their annual service callback and will recommend them to our family and friends.

I cannot begin to praise this company. They are a 10 star company. Due to the management of an incompetent company called major home repair, RM AC Services was reassigned to complete and correct the work of the previous company. RM A/C repair fixed and completed the work correctly after nearly 2 months without a functioning central A/C unit. Chalsie from RM A/C Services was instrumental in coordinating the schedule and work assignments. Thank you Chalsie. Ronel and Mark examined the what had been deficiently performed and corrected the multiple issues.
I highly recommend RM A/C. Services for your Air conditioning repairs and service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and caring. They rank at the top in my book.

Loved everything about RM A/C Services! Work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, punctuality, etc. You name it and this company is #1! My technician, Mark, was super knowledgeable and professional! Chalsie, the front office GM and co-owner is awesome with customer service and communication!
