Mario and his assistant were polite and punctual, worked very hard and pointed out problems we were unaware of, such as termite damage. They came prepared and respected our home.
I contacted Mario based on previous positive reviews through Thumbtack. The job included replacement of 600 sq ft of flooring in my dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms. With Mario's recommendation, I purchased luxury vinyl flooring and base boards through Viloor at a very remarkable price. Mario came with a team of 3 others who worked quickly to demo the old rug in the dining area and replace it with new flooring. Mario's flexibility impressed me. He was able to change 2 water shutoff valves and a toilet as part of the job. The flooring and base boards look amazing. Mario and his team were very courteous and excellent on the clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.
