He came and picked up my computer and talked to me about what was going on and he really listened. He was quick with the repair and reminded me about the 30 day warranty on his work. He was very polite and willing to help.

Called Frank and he responded very quickly. Flexible schedule. We worked out a time for him to come work on my computer. Very knowledgeable in what he does. He said it would take an hour, but he was able to do it in much shorter time. Very professional and actually enjoyed having him around.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a computer salesman for Gateway Computers and eventually worked my way into management. Then I became a computer tech for another company and got promoted to a Technical Director.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common is system restorations and software downloads.
