- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hour for personal training sessions. $150 for 10 week personalized nutrition program including weekly accountability checks over the phone and modifications to the plan if necessary. $175 for 12 week personalized nutrition program including weekly accountability checks over the phone and modifications to the plan if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial consultation either in person or over the phone to ensure your needs can be met by my services. This is a 60 minute session for me to learn more about you and for you to gain a greater understanding of my experience, business, and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science, Masters of Public Health (in progress), 3 years professional experience in Oncology Clinical Research, Sports Nutrition Programs, Holistic Health Nutrition and Coaching
