I called to get pictures for my daughter graduations, Janene was wonderful. She talked me through the price, how it works and how long it would take to get the pictures in my hand. Janene meet with my daughter at Iowa State University, took pictures and got them back to me with in 2 days. I can't thank Janene for taking should great pictures and taking care of my daughter while "coaching" her through all the pictures poses!

She is very personable amd knowledgeable about photographs. She is open to clothing changes as well as indoor and outdoor shots. I have another child needing senior pictures next year and definately will have jk creative photo shop take his also!!!

Janene was excellent to work with for the photography for my daughter’s wedding! She was very professional yet very flexible when the weather changed the event from an outdoor to indoor ceremony. She went above and beyond to accommodate the wishes of an out of state bride and groom... and a local mother of the bride/wedding planner! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will most likely be lower than many other photographers in the area. I try to make my prices affordable for everyone. I work from my home so I do not have the expense of an office. My goal is to be provide quality photos for the person who can only afford 2 prints of their kid hitting a baseball or maybe the person who is fortunate to buy 200 prints.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to talk with potential customers about what their needs are, answer their questions, and explain my photography style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few basic Photography classes. Reading about other photographers ideas and looking at picture ideas and shooting as much as possible has been my best training.
