We use the “fixed price” model. This provides zero additional financial risk: If a project takes longer or proves more complex than expected within the scope, we absorb the cost of those extra hours—not you. Focused on Results: You’re paying for a completed, high-quality outcome rather than watching the clock tick.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call to determine if the job is in my scope and get a better understanding of the customer.
2. Meet in person and go over the details of the project. (Needs/Wants)
3. Provide an estimate and explain how our workflow/process works.
4. Start the project and update the customer daily, if needed.
