Johnny gave detailed instruction and demonstrated all aspects of the cooking experience. He also provided information about food purchasing, storing and preserving, as well as tips for preventing cross-contamination. I will be scheduling additional classes. My experience was delightful.

Pricing depends on the meals or class and what is planned
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk with customer get a feel for their ideas and then give them my imput and start the planning. We then work out the price for the event and make the party.

I stay on top of new ideas coming out for cooking and the catering providers.
