I will put my heart into every portion of the food served. I want to teach others what they can do at home and make the best meal possible. Johnny gave detailed instruction and demonstrated all aspects of the cooking experience. He also provided information about food purchasing, storing and preserving, as well as tips for preventing cross-contamination. I will be scheduling additional classes. My experience was delightful.

Pricing depends on the meals or class and what is planned
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk with customer get a feel for their ideas and then give them my imput and start the planning. We then work out the price for the event and make the party.

I stay on top of new ideas coming out for cooking and the catering providers.
