The guy arrived and was very friendly. He looked at the the work I needed done and went to get some parts. When he returned he got right to work and did a great job. I’m glad to have my kitchen base, sink and faucet back in! When he finished the work, it was terrific and then he pointed out a couple of other pipe issues in the basement that I will have him fix when he comes back. He also cleaned up his work area and left my kitchen clean! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs from now on.

5/5, would use again. I initially contacted this provider for some potential drain work in support of a water softener install. They'd highlighted the high cost of the work - which they _could_ do if I really wanted it - but also highlighted it was highly unnecessary as my actual underlying issue was one of drainage to the street. That's a degree of professionalism and respect for value one doesn't often see these days. I ended up getting an estimate from them for the water softener install - which was plenty reasonable given the current going rates for various components and parts - and am completely satisfied with their work. I'd mentioned the possibility of adding a spigot on the other side of the house in the future as an item for estimate / possible work; even though I wasn't doing it now, they left it in a state where it would be easy to tee-off post-filter. That's a degree of intentionally leaving things suitable to future work and expansion that one also doesn't see often. They were on time - even early, pleasant to work with, cleaned up after themselves, and had plenty of quality information for operating and maintaining the system. Overall, no cons, only pros.
