I was very frustrated with DSMDJS. We met with Chuck for an initial agreement and we're told that his djs always had the equipment to do karaoke. This was a major reason we decided to go with them for our wedding. A guest asked the DJ when they would start the karaoke and they were told they didn't have the stuff to do that. Because of this our reception ended about 2 hours before we had planned, yet we still had to pay them for those 2 hours. Dj was hard to understand when she made announcements. Kim, we apologize for the confusion and while we cannot fix the event we hope the refund for that part of the services helps somewhat. Also, I make it a point to immediately address any attitude indifference by our professionals. I truly and sincerely apologize for not providing the absolute best service to you.

There was a hiccup at the very beginning with the microphones but the DJs were very apologetic and professional. They fixed them right away and everything else ran smoothly. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After receiving a client request we send emails and then have phone call. After some information gathering we arrange a face to face meeting to discuss the details. During the process we are likely to have additional meetings via phone, email, or in person. We customize every experience to fit the needs of each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As the owner and general manager, I have over a decade experience as a professional DJ/ EmCee. I have personally dj'd over 2500 commercial shows and over 300 weddings. In my previous career in the corporate world I had extensive experts in public speaking and training. I use these skills to train all of my employees. All of my employees are experienced in both commercial and wedding events.
