- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact them by text to arrange a meeting for an estimate. Give the estimate to the customer with in 24 - 48 hrs. Wait on customer’s response. If yes: Arrange a date Take deposit for material costs Do the job Send invoice to customer
