The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get one of my ceiling fans installed quickly, but the other one will require some additional wiring which he was able to quote for me so I can plan on how to budget the installation for a later time

Did a great job with moving an electrical outlet in a really challenging location from floor to wall. Was very pleased!
First job was replacement of two switches. We had panel original to house and Mike scheduled to return in two weeks to do the large job. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and we felt confident in his expertise. We would use Custom again, and would ask for Mike.

Had a breaker switch flip that I couldn't turn back on. Called them and they had a service guy near by. Very good people to work with. I was actually very surprised how well everything just seem to come together. The man fixed it and the charge was reasonably priced. I actually was not only suprised with the good service but also just how fast and affordable this was.

Great work. I called and scheduled for the next day. However one of the guys there got done with his afternoon job early so they called to ask if they could come today. It actually worked out better for me because I had this afternoon off anyways. He gave me a reasonable price then installed the lights and the fan right there. Cleaned up really good. I will definitely use again if the need arises.

We don't want the customer to have any surprises at the end. We make sure we understand the customer, there needs and wants. After the scope of work is clear we will then present them with an upfront cost. That way they know if the work fits with in there budget. We work hard to make sure every job is as affordable as possible for our customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ both Journeyman and Master electricians. Our Journeyman electricians go through 4 years of on the job training as well as 4 years of schooling.
