Chris, Jack and everyone we talked with were 100% amazing! This whole project started with one of their salesman going around the neighborhood seeing if people wanted work done. Normally I ignore door to door salesman, but Im so glad I didnt this time! I mentioned we were interested in siding, so Chris came out a few days later to look things over. He noted how bad our siding was (it was truly awful) and that we had a damage roof. He also said it looks like hail damage, and we may be able to get insurance to cover it. While we were waiting for insurance to get back to us to set up a time for them to come out, we had a secondary local company come out for comparison. Pricing point wise, they were in line with the quote we got with Smart Home Exteriors, but they didnt agree about insurance and suggested we not pursue it, so we got a little nervous. We decided to still have our insurance guy come out, and he met with Chris. We are SO GLAD we did not listen to that other company! Chris did amazing and helped us work with our insurance to make everyone happy! We ended up getting a new roof, siding, from bath window wrap, and gutters and I could not be happier. The work was done so quickly and it all looks amazing. The guys did a great job of cleaning up too. Chris and Jack (who handles the projects) were there every step of the way and always quick to respond. Highly highly recommend. I have before, during and after pictures attached!

Chris Brown and Smart Home Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our current home. We needed to get it done before the sale of our home could be completed. Smart Home Exteriors came to the rescue and knocked out a quality job quickly and completely. Before the shingles went on they replaced 5 sheets of damaged wood. Even with this unseen damage they were able to complete the roof on my schedule. Because they were so accommodating we can close the sale on time. Without hesitation I recommend Smart Home Exteriors for all of your roofing needs.

Smart Home Exteriors replaced the roof on our home. The entire process was great. Everyone I spoke with was professional and very helpful. It didn't take long from the estimate till completion and Smart Home's staff walked us step-by-step through the whole process. The crew that installed the shingles were respectful of our property, cleaned it all up well, were very quick, and did a great job.Highly recommend Smart Home Exteriors!!

Not only were they competitive in price they also went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed quickly with high quality! Very easy to work with, and they listened to my needs and made sure they were met. Their cleanup process was very thorough. Highly recommended.

Smart Home Exteriors completely redid our home, our garage and our detached garage. Reroofed, resided, new gutters, etc. Chris and Jack were right back to us whenever we called. They responded almost immediately. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. And made our house look Absolutely stunning. I will attach photos of the back of the house as we are still working on the front. When we are completely finished, I will come back and add them. Please dont be afraid to call this company. They deserve an A+ plus
