What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and discuss the project and offer any insight for the project, like possible suggestions that the customer may not of considered. Then work through an estimate for cost and provide a idea of how soon we could start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning the trades since around 5 years of age. I have worked professionally for the last 30 years. I have worked as a cabinet builder, millwork specialist, builder, commercial and residential. I joined the Union for awhile and earned top honors both in the local and the state as the best craftsman. I have taken many courses on varying topics, from solid surface material, to OSHA, layout, blueprint reading, and many more.
