FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out every provider there is in your area. Ask them to provide you an example of what type and quality cleaning they provide. Then Compare the prices. Now, Which one will sign a contract or not? Sometimes, a contract is not good, expecially for you! One company might get complacent and just do the job because it's just a job. So consider a gentlemen's agreement. Shake hands. Then the provider will provide a better service, in fear that you might fire him/her because of a bad job etc. This keeps that company out of being complacent. Perhaps ask them for a one sided contracted. Which is when the provider of the services signs a piece of paper stating that they will uphold their cleaning services for a period of contracted time. This is basically a signed promise and/or contract. Now if you see that they aren't doing a great job or raising prices, you can find another cleaner without fear of breaking contract. They are held responsible, and with a one-sided *signed* contract that's upholdable in court you are protected.
