- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is a flat session rate. The customer can order prints online or download the final images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I am hired. I will talk to the customer to gather more detail information for the shoot. We can decide the time and location at this point. After discussion I will send an e-mail with some idea for clothing, and/or prop's if needed. When the shoot is complete, I will provide ETA on when the photos will be ready for review. ( Normally within a day or two ) The Customer receive's a link to their photos for review of the initial images online or via smart phone. The Customer selects their favorite images for retouching. After the images are retouched another link to download and/or order prints online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My initial training in photography dates back to high school. I also have taken several online training classes.
