- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, the standard price is $75 per hour for onsite services. Because I have such a variety of services I can help you with, I just charge this hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During initial contact we setup a time for me to come out and take a look at their issue. I either perform the job that day or reschedule to come back to complete job.
