I had an appointment scheduled with him for 9 am today. He did not show up, didn't answer my text or phone call, nothing. I was very angry until I heard from him later that day. A serious family emergency took precedence and I completely understand. These are stressful times.
He did communicate later and I am grateful for that.

Terry came and hooked up an exhaust fan for us. He was really good at communicating until there was no communication at all. He hooked the fan up to the wrong power source and only turns on when we turn on power in a separate room. We contacted terry about 5 times to try and get it fixed and at first he would say I’ll be over when my current projects are finished which we understood. But then he stopped responding altogether. Now several months later we still have this problem which would be fine if we Intended on staying in our house... but we are looking to put it on the market so now we need to pay someone else to come and fix the rest. Also wasn’t a huge fan of the mess left behind. The power source was in our attic and he left dirty fingerprints behind. It sucks because we felt he was really good and then we were left with problems :(
